Ruža Lukić – Founder and Balkans Region HR Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in HR and project management, I founded Alfa HR Agency in 2023 to provide tailored HR solutions for SMEs. Since 2014, I have managed human resources for companies of all sizes, from startups to large corporations. Our services include setting up and restructuring HR functions in SMEs and employee development across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Croatia.

My journey in HR began in 2005 as a soft skills trainer , where I developed a passion for people development. From 2008 to 2014, I moved into project management for international organizations, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, project frameworks and team leadership From 2014, I took on HR leadership roles across Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As Regional HR Manager , I implemented tailored regional strategies, optimized HR structures, and led recruitment and training to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

In addition to HR expertise, in 2022, I became a certified consultant for digital transformation with the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, where I develop digital strategies and work with SMEs on digitalization and transformation. Today, I work as an HR consultant and, together with my team, provide customized HR services tailored to the specific needs of companies.

My clients describe me as a strategic HR professional an HR partner who truly understands business. I work on all levels, from strategic decision-making with management to individual support for employees. What I love most about my work is the chance to create changes that support long-term company growth and individual development, creating a synergy between business goals and employee progress.
