Moje iskustvo u vođenju intervjua, proceni kandidata i korišćenju alata poput softver za regrutacije i drugih portala za zapošljavanje omogućava mi da pružim klijentima precizne i efikasne regrutacione procese. Svaka selekcija je prilagođena kako bi se postigla savršena sinergija između talenata i poslovnih ciljeva.
